We provide financial assistance to people of all ages seeking a second medical opinion or navigating critical illness, developmental disability, or reproductive health & fertility, along with their caregivers, companions, and immediate family members, helping them travel together with The Flutter Express to top healthcare destinations in New York City and Boston.
To ease the journey, each sponsored traveler receives a thoughtfully curated care package filled with comfort items and essentials.

Flutter Club, inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to supporting people of all ages in New York’s Greater Capital Region and surrounding areas who are seeking a second medical opinion, or navigating illness, developmental disability, or reproductive health & fertility.
We provide financial assistance to help cover the cost of travel with The Flutter Express, a non-emergency, non-medical transportation service to world-renowned healthcare destinations in New York City and Boston. In addition to funding travel, we gift thoughtfully curated care packages to bring comfort and ease during the journey.
By removing transportation barriers and offering compassionate support, we bring comfort, dignity, and hope to those facing some of life’s most difficult journeys.
